MQ MFT should send z/OS SMF records on its own

IBM MQ Managed File Transfer is not able to ship z/OS SMF records on its own, it should be able to do it. Currently, in order for it to be able to ship this kind of files it needs the file to be XMITed on the sending side, and then it needs to be RECEIVEd on the target side. This does add a extra layer of complexity when working with applications that use MFT.

Documentation on how to do this provided here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibm-mq/9.3?topic=files-transferring-between-data-sets-zos
We aren't planning on changing MFT to make this more natural at this time.

THis is something we plan to address by a future update to the product documentation to show how these files can be successfully transferred.
