How to control ECC length

Product or Service: WebSphere MQ for z/OS Base 8.0.0

New feature: Allow IBM MQ software to control supported e-curves for TLS handshake.

This new feature request is related to PMR 23516,070,724 (attached) where it was suggested by L3 support as a possible short term solution.
