Tool/process to detect high CPU usage channels on ZoS.

We have had instances when the CHINIT process was experiencing high CPU. There is no easy way to determine which specific channel that is running under the CHINIT is causing the high CPU usage. When we run into these conditions we have to do a deep dive into the SMF records and to try and determine which channel is experiencing the issues.

We do not expect to do anything more in MQ beyond the current SMF reporting of data. There are other reporting tools available or being enhanced to enable more timely analysis of SMF data which would make it faster to resolve these issues.
