MQIPT - number of concurrent connections

Hi all,
Please enable adding the number of concurrent connection to the connection log of MQIPT.
This should be written as a percentage of the maximum connections threads number when set. (MaxConnectionThreads)

    private Hello. Could you please give us some additional information about your requirements for the MQIPT utilization data. Do you just want to a way to determine the current utilization (something that could be returned by a status command, for instance), or do you also need to be able to keep historical utilization data?
