Provide Guardian ProcessNames for Listeners, Channels, Repository Manager, etc.

We have limited number of process names for 4 characters in our HPE NSS and we need to establish process names declared or have process names in 5 positions

For instance: We have this listener configurated and we want to have guardian PID $L617A instead of guardian PID: $Z846

LISTENER(L2_ZTC6_2001) STATUS(RUNNING)
PID(3,1158 $Z846 1291845988)

The same way for channels guardian PID and Repository Managers.

For your reference at MQv5.3 was possible to stablish this in qmproc.ini file with ProcessNameRoot parameter in different stanzas

    While this is a reasonable idea, it is not something that we would be likely to prioritise in the next couple of years. As a result, this idea is being declined.
