This issue is impacting the fundamentals of a 'managed file transfer' application. Having transactions in this state and requiring manual intervention to resolve is having an impact on our business.

This is a restriction on using WMQFTE in an enterprise and should be resolved as soon as possible.

The limitation is extremely restrictive and reduces the value of FTE as an entreprise wide solution.
The importance of this RFE makes it an obvious candidate for it to be actioned

This design limitation jhas on several occasions caused severe business impact to Coles. One recent example was where Orders did not get through in the required time because the destination was locked out. The end result was under supply of stock to our stores. We are sitting on a timebomb and need it resolved ASAP.

IBM have known it as a limitation from the application and it has not been dealt with soon enough... that just throw the question what other limitations that are not yet address that it has to come to a voting facility to get is done or implemented.
