Option to deliver Publishers Useridentifier in MQMD to Subscriber Merged

Using MQ PublishSubscribe a message delivered to a subscribers queue
contains the subscribers useridentifier per default.
We have an application where the subscriber needs to know who has
published a message. This is not reliable possible when the
MQMD.Useridentifier is switched from the publishers userid to the
subscribers userid.
We want an option where the subscriber can control whether the publishers or the subscribers userid is set in MQMD.Useridentifier delivered to the subscriber.

This is essentially a duplicate of RFE 35062 as it involves replication of some of the publisher context.

Note however, that the MQMD.UserId field is used to control the authorisation to put to the subscriber's destination queue. If that field were to be modified, the publisher would have to be granted put authority to queues - including system-managed queues. More plausible might be a mechanism where the publisher's identity gets added as a separate message property. However, that would be considered during any design associated with the duplicate RFE.
