QMGR SSL certificate display options Merged

Either a new runmqsc command or a base product supplied binary that allows the queue managers SSL certificate details to be displayed. In particular the expiry date.

    This info is available by making an openSSL call to the qmgr���s admin channel.
    Why would you want/need a runmqsc?

    While not identical, this is close enough to RFE 40730 that it will closed as a duplicate.
