MQ admin REST API: Add an endpoint to get Queues status

Hi, we use the mq admin rest api to get status of ours Qmanagers, getting the qstatus is realy important for us but we can only get it by a a qmgr action post as runmqsc witch return a text output. So it would be nice to a add a new endpoint QueueStatus that enable to get this informations. Add maybe other status that should be good to have.

    The MQ admin REST API allows just about any MQSC command to be used with the v2/admin/action/qmgr/<qmgr>/mqsc URL, while returning JSON-formatted responses. For example,

    {
    "type" : "runCommandJSON"
    ,"command" : "DISPLAY"
    ,"qualifier" : "QSTATUS"
    ,"name" : "APP*"
    ,"responseParameters" : ["ALL"]
    }
