CMQC.h on z/OS should support 64 bit control blocks

The CMQC on z/OS has

#define MQOD_CURRENT_LENGTH 400

On midrange the header file has

#if defined(MQ_64_BIT)

#define MQOD_CURRENT_LENGTH 424

#else

#define MQOD_CURRENT_LENGTH 400

#endif

If I compile an MQOD with 31 bit compiler the length is 400

If I use the LP64 option, for 64 bit... the MQOD is 424 - not 400, so I cannot use this MQOD_CURRENT_LENGTH field.

This applies to other control blocks as well.

the z/OS version needs something like

#ifdef _LP64

#define MQOD_CURRENT_LENGTH 424

#else

#define MQOD_CURRENT_LENGTH 400

#endif

    This looks to be a defect that will be corrected in a future update
