Enhance dmpmqcfg command to dump in XML format

The dmpmqcfg command can export the information in different formats:

Usage: dmpmqcfg ...
-o Format: mqsc, 1line, setmqaut, grtmqmaut.

But all these formats are only usable as a backup. They can´t really be used to further process these information.
In XML format you can use these informatione for more than only a backup.

    We recognise that this is a valid requirement. However it doesn't fit with our delivery plans for the next couple of years.

    As a result we are declining this Idea. While declined the Idea can still be voted, and commented, upon.

    Hi IBM, the link to the article 'how to convert MQSC to XML' is nice, but not what has been requested. I would also would like to see an option in dmpmqcfg to output the definitions in either XML or JSON. I see the new new REST API uses JSON so it shouldn't be a leap to use use JSON format on dmpmqcfg.

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
