New Web Console - Fix illogical navigation after deletion of remote QM definition

There is a unexpected behavior in UI of new web console.

Open Manage -> Remote QMs. Open "Connection settings" for any remote QM definition. Click on "Remove queue manager connection" in upper right corner. After connection is deleted, the user browser is pushed to Manage -> Local queue managers location.

Expected behavior: User browser should be pushed to Manage -> Remote queue managers definition as that is starting page

    This looks to be a defect in the code and will be fixed in a future level of MQ.
