Count the number of expired messages in the SMF record even if they are discarded by EXPRYINT processing or from a REFRESH QMGR TYPE(EXPIRY) command.

We know that on MQ for z/OS®, messages that have expired are discarded by the next appropriate MQGET call. So several customers especify a periodic scan by using EXPRYINT.

In the SCSQMACS(CSQDWQ) we have SMF type 116 control block lay-out with GETEXMSG field. This field give us the number of expired messages processed during MQGETs, but it only includes expired messages discarded by a MQGET issued by client applications.

Our idea is count every expired message, because it is un important information to mesure if applications are a running in satisfary speed.
