Create a facility to manage Topics and Subscriptions through MQADM (TSO SDSF)

Currently it is only possible to manage topics and subscriptions by the MQ Explorer application or by running batch jobs (CSQUTIL).

If this possibility is extended to MQADM, the maintenance of these resources would be much more user-friendly and easier for several customers.

We have no plans to extend the current panels to incorporate the pub/sub capabilities. Instead, other panels provide an interface where any MQSC command can be entered. And of course other tools like the MQ Explorer or Console can also be used.
