Channel Status should inclide percent used

When issuing DISPLAY CHS(<channel name>) ALL it provids a list.

With MAXINST and MAXINSTC values; it woudl be nice to present percentage used; meanign the total number of connections used.

Today; MQ Admin/monitoring tools have to calculate the percentage used.

Adding this feature within the CHANNEL STATUS output woudl help and eliminate a small snippet of code written and implemented differently. One standard code from IBM MQ platform team.

Add this to the REST API as well; so it is easy to monitor and take corrective action.

This is not something we would expect to add to the core MQ interfaces. The currently-active instances is not an object attribute so does not belong on the DIS CHL output.

It is something that monitoring tools can calculate from the DIS CHS responses which have one record for each instance. Given the variation in each CHS response, an "aggregated" single DIS CHS-style command would not be able to show a lot of useful information. So we are declining this suggestion.
