Use of XTIOT instead of TIOT in MQ

Recently, we had a problem when trying to add a new member to our Queue Sharing Group. The problem was that the SMDSCONN to this new member started with ALLOCFAIL error. The problem was caused by a full TIOT in the MQ MSTR address space. The solution was to realocate all the SMDS datasets using a lower DVC in our SMS configuration.

The problem would be avoided if MQ uses the XTIOT instead of TIOT, alowing it to have more than 64k of size.

This has been enabled from IBM MQ 9.3.2 if NON_VSAM_XTIOT=YES is specified in the DEVSUPxx PARMLIB member.

I agree that MQ should be making use of the XTIOT. This is scheduled for inclusion in a future release.
