Korea Block Cipher Algorithm (SEED or ARIA) Support

The customers want us to use specific cipher algorithms to encrypt/decrypt messages while communicating between two external nodes because SEED or ARIA is highly recommended to be used in financial company as a Korean security standards. In some RFPs, this requirement is mandatory.
SEED and ARIA are block cipher algorithm and there are differences between two algorithms. First, SEED was adopted as IETF RFC4162 to be used for TLS and implemented in OpenSSL. This means that SEED can be used both as a standard cipher suite while SSL communication and for message level security but ARIA is not a global standard for SSL. ARIA can be used only for message level encrypt/decrypt and looks not easy to be used for transport level security.
In terms of performance, ARIA is known as almost twice as faster than SEED.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Integration
    Product - IBM MQ

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Connectivity and Integration
    Product - IBM MQ

While we will consider support for SEED in a future version of MQ, it is very unlikely that this will actually be implemented. I note that SEED seems to even be diminishing in support - Firefox removing it from default behaviour - so the likelihood of it being added to the various SSL toolkits used by MQ is small.
