MQXMS GCC compiler version 5.

We are trying to compile our analytics application (internal) with MQXMS libraries (IA94) 9.2.5.0-IBM-MQC-LinuxX64.tar.gz. It seems XMS libraries are complied with older version GCC version4.

By chance does IBM provide XMS libraries with GCC version 5 or above.

We have reviewed this idea and have concluded that, unfortunately, this is not an idea that we can implement within the next 12 months due to other priorities across the MQ portfolio. There is no plan to rebuild the XMS libraries with gcc v5. gcc v5 is out of support also (https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-5/) If you would like to explore support for any newer supported versions of gcc, we can look into that.
