dmpmqmsg and dmpmqcfg to be enabled as REST API

Allow REST API call to execute dmpmqmcfg and dmpmqmsg remotely using gateway queue manager or local queue manager.

This prevents CLI /ssh requirement and improves security.

    We have reviewed this idea and have concluded that, unfortunately, this is not an idea that we can implement within the next 12 months due to other priorities across the MQ portfolio. It is possible to complete remotely already (not over REST) and users are able to write their own REST-based versions if REST is a requirement.
