Listener snippet for the DR instance of MQ RDQM for connectivity verification without having to take down production side.

Reference Case: TS011488685 RDQM DR utilize. If could provide a listener utility would be helpful to avoid planning switches for Prod to DR to ensure connectivity when coordinating with peer connections for MQ message flow.

This could be closed. In hind sight the RedHat distribution has a utility for this. "ncat" and just tested and will work for coordinating new connections to ensure they can reach DR (whilst it is normally down with RDQM). Example: sudo ncat -l 1414 & for a single use telnet to port test or could keep up with -k. Although would need to take down to ensure not a conflict it brought up DR. (works for any and all listener ports would want to present) Regards & thanks...
