Add option to Stop/Start MFT Monitor Jobs via MQ Explorer GUI

System: MQ MFT and MQ Explorer
Actor: User needing a new feature

MFT is a widely used product to provide a file transfer solution for transferring files between systems in a reliable and audit able way.

We have many MFT monitor jobs on our Production, Stage, and Test environments. There are times when need to "stop" a specific monitor job so that maintenance or any other issues on the affected source and/or destinations can be performed.

While we have no plans to extend MQ Explorer for this, we do hope to solve this RFE with a command-line interface in a future update of MQ. See also

This RFE references a way to do it in the GUI, but an fte script would be appreciated as well.
