Support for MQ Explorer under Mac

In the case TS011871006 we are told that IBM only supports MQ Explorer under Linux & Windows but not under Mac (https: //www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibm-mq/9.2 ?topic = explorer-mq-installation-requirements) which implies that it is not possible to install it from the IBM Installation Manager:

However, if we install the MQ Explorer on the eclipse client that we already use with the other products that we have installed using the IBM Installation Manager (CICS Explorer, Explorer for z/OS, ...) using the Aqua 3.2 repository (https: //public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.2 /), it works correctly.

Would it be possible to extend the support for the MQ Explorer to Mac?

Would it be possible to install the MQ Explorer in a Mac using IBM Installation manager?

While the Explorer may appear to work correctly in most cases on MacOS, there are known issues in the area of TLS connections because of differences in the JRE.

All of the MQ components that are available to run on MacOS, including the client toolkit, are for "development" use only with no formal support. There are no current plans to make it a fully-supported platform.
