.NET 6 support for MQ 9.2

MQ 9.3 now supports .NET6 (version currently supported by Microsoft) while MQ 9.2 only supports .NET core 3.1 which is not supported by MS anymore (see https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/platform/support/policy/dotnet-core ). Since 9.2 is supported by IBM with no end of support date announced yet, please add support for .NET6 to MQ 9.2.
