Automatically start the CHINIT address space

In IBM MQ for z/OS V8, the AMS address space is automatically started if it is installed and needed. On Distributed platforms the Channel Initiator is automatically started if the queue manager is configured to need it - ALTER QMGR SCHINIT(QMGR) - which it is by default. On IBM MQ for z/OS, to automatically start the CHINIT you need to provide the START CHINIT command in an INP2 dataset. Now while, existing users will likely all have done this, new users have to learn two different ways to get their appropriate secondary address spaces started.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Integration
    Product - IBM MQ

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Connectivity and Integration
    Product - IBM MQ

This was the intention of an old specification document, and is still something that we would like to do one day.
