Cloud friendly packaging for MQ Full Client for Linux and Windows

Dear IBM team,

While we are reviewing the Cloud friendly deployment of MQ Full Client for Windows and Linux packages, specifically on AWS, the AWS Codedeploy gives us feature to deploy the mq client along with built MQ applications with keeping the track of revisions.


The MQ Client for Windows package needs additional artifacts to enable the cloud automated deployment in a systematic way. The additional artifacts are described in the following link.

Example: Along with IBM MQ Client for Windows package, it needs appspec.yml file with hooks enabled to trigger the Install script.


Can IBM provide the standard appspec.yml file and Install artifacts required to enable the cloud deployment easier (automated) for Linux and Windows MQ Clients?

These artifacts can be along with the MQ Client packages itself covering major cloud platforms would help a lot in application deployment automation.
