M2000a appliance: support for linear logging

New M2000a only supports circular logging, for several reasons we've moved almost all of our qmgr's to linear logging (except the ones that doesn't use persistence in their messages).

The initial appliance offering did not support linear logging because it was not felt that manual archiving/exporting and management of log files would be appropriate in a 'self contained' appliance environment, and the risk of corruption to queue manager files (while still certainly theoretically present) is significantly reduced in a system without general purpose filesystem access. With the new 'managed linear logging' facilities available in recent CD levels of MQ however, this is may be reconsidered in future firmware releases.
