in MQ 9.3.3 REST api for messaging was enhanced to run over CCDT; meaning to more SDR/RCV channel and REST endpoint would initiate the client conn connection.
For admin API we need SDR/RCV channels; and in a large or small env; it is a pain setting up.
Can similar changes be pushed to REST ADMIN API as well.
