Web Based MQ Monitoring System

A Web based MQ Monitoring feature is needed to view queue, channel, listener details in real time. It queue is full, it must send an alert on sms, email etc. The alert must be send when threshold queue dept is reached so that we can take proper action before solution fails. On the fly we should be able to add queue managers to monitor irrespective of their location. A live dashboard should display various monitoring components of MQ, CPU, memory, I/O etc.

Take a look at the MQ Console that is available for monitoring the MQ Appliance. That is a browser-based tool provided with the product, and there is a statement of direction that at some point it will be available for other non-appliance queue managers.

However, for fuller monitoring, alerting etc, then you may want to investigate one of the many enterprise-grade vendor solutions for MQ management and monitoring.
