Add SHORTUSR option to AUTHINFO objects of type IDPWOS to lift 12-character-restriction on group names Merged

As of now the SHORTUSR option is only available for AUTHINFO objects of type IDPWLDAP. It allows a circumvention of the 12-character-limit imposed by MQ on LDAP group names. It would be convenient if this would also be possible with AUTHINFO objects of type IDPWOS. As an MQ Administrator I  do not want to take care of the LDAP connection, instead I am happy to delegate this work to the operating systems department. But of course group names comming from LDAP used with MQ still need to adhere to my company's naming conventions - and often times 12 character simply do not provide enough flexibility to do so.  In the case of type IDPWOS SHORTUSR attribute should also point to a field in the user record and if the pointed to field is not present (e.g. because it is a locally defined user and not a user known to LDAP in form of a user record) the name should simple be truncated to the first 12 characters.
