Add an option the DLH to print/describe what rule was used to process a message

Today, the DLH processes messages using a rules table, which can contain many entries.  It would be very helpful to have an option that could be used to externalize which rule was used to process a message or messages.  This would be a switch/option that could be specified if this level of details was required.

While this is a reasonable suggestion it does not align with current product development priorities so is unlikely to be implemented in the near future. As an immediate solution, we would recommend tailoring the sample version of the handler to your specific needs: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibm-mq/latest?topic=handler-sample-dlq-amqsdlq
