Expose password age for local accounts on MQ Appliance

There is currently no way to query the age of a local account password on the MQ Appliance and if a password expiry policy has been set there are no warnings or errors generated when a password nears expires or actually expires.


So the request is two-fold:

  • Add additional functionality to allow the age or last reset date for a password on a local appliance account (including ipmi-users) to be queried.

  • Add functionality to generate warnings when, if a password expiry policy has been set, a local account password nears expiry and to generate errors once it has actually expired.
