MA7R support pack - IBM MQ adapter with support for later versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX

Support pack MA7R (Category 3 - Product Extensions) - WebSphere MQ Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics currently only supports WebSphere MQ Adapter for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
We need the MQ adapter to support:
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU9 (at minimum)
- Microsoft Dynamics AX 2015

We hope to provide formal support in the future. But we think this may work anyway - the adapter consists of two parts, one AXMODEL file and a .NET assembly. The AXMODEL file is actually a source file that customer imports into their Dynamics AX runtime and compile and deploy it. According our understanding of Dynamics AX, the AXMODEL file should work with later versions of Dynamics AX also. The .NET assembly is compiled with .NET Framework 3.5, so that should also work.
