MQFTE's SFTP: force DNS queries through a corporate proxy

We need that MQFTE's SFTP force the DNS queries through a corporate proxy.

The product code does not currently provide a mechanism
to do it. Instead it uses the Java library method InetAddress.getByName() to
delegate the address resolution to the JRE which in turn delegates to
the host operating system's TCP stack.

In case 25954,200,838 the MQ Java L3 have reviewed the code and believe that it may be posible.
