Add RACF check to class dataset

The MQ FTE on Z/OS is missing an elemantary feature on Z/OS:
RACF check of user read or write authority on Z/OS datasets.
-you can check this in the sandbox, but the authority have to be given by RACF people not by MQ people !!!
-you can activate the authorityChecking attribute, but this leads only to check administration authoirties.
-you can activate the Source and Destination-TransferStartExit,
but the available SAS java classes does not allow to check the RACF dataset class (which is a special RACF class)

==> on Z/OS the authority check of reading and writing access to dataset class is absolutly basic !!

On Z/OS the agents run as STC. (started task). This task usually have a system userid (infrastructure) not a userid of a project. (application user).
Further one agent is connected to a lot of agents on open side. These agents normally run under the userid of an application.
As on mainframe a task can host a lot of clients this is done in different way.
