MQWeb Console as Standalone Docker Image

The MQWeb Console already enables us to create a centralized interface to access queue managers for all our users (including authn/authz with LDAP).

It would be much easier to host a centralized mq web console, if it would exist as a standalone image for to be used in docker/kubernetes. With that, we could easily create a fault-resistance multi instance service (spread across multiple availability regions/zones), that can run in any cloud/on premise environment.

With an example helm chart as an optional addition, i'm sure it would help adotping the mq web console.

MQWeb Console on an own docker would divide the  upgrading of qmgrs and MQ console to independent parts. So planning for new versions would become easier.
