Allow Changing LogPageSize Without Recreating the Queue Manager Merged

Currently, IBM MQ requires a queue manager to be recreated in order to change the LogPageSize parameter. This is highly restrictive, especially in production environments where recreating a queue manager involves significant downtime, migration complexity, and potential risks to business continuity.

It would be extremely beneficial if MQ could support changing the LogPageSize dynamically or at least via an offline reconfiguration process without requiring a full queue manager rebuild.

Business Justification:

Minimized downtime: Eliminates the need for full queue manager recreation, reducing service interruptions.

Operational flexibility: Allows administrators to tune log performance to meet evolving workload requirements.

Cost savings: Avoids the need for complex migration procedures and associated resource overhead.

Improved scalability: Easier adaptation of logging performance as message volumes and throughput grow.

Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a supported mechanism (either via a command or an offline utility) to modify LogPageSize for an existing queue manager while preserving all existing objects, configurations, and data.
