Bulkhead Policy by consumer

Since the API Gateway 10.15 we have a new policy called, Bulkhead and it's awesome. Is it possible to have the possibility to use the "Maximum Concurrent Calls" by consumers just like the Traffic Optimization Policy. Thanks :)

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

The purpose of using the Bulkhead policy per consumer is to allow you to prioritize one consumer over one or more others.
By assigning a maximum number of dedicated threads to a consumer, it allows you, for example, to manage backends that don't support a maximum number of parallel threads.
    Example:
We have a lagacy backend that only supports 5 threads, so in this case, we assign the 5 to app_mars and 15 to the  other consumers.

    Thank you very much.

    Ismael :)

Hello Ismael - Could you please illustrate your use case? I'm struggling because Bulkhead is aimed to protect the platform and Traffic Optimization policy is aimed at throttling the consumers. In our view, we shouldn't mix the concerns. Please provide more information to help assessing your request for enhancement. Thank you.
