enhance dependency tracking and checking in APIGateway

Hi experts,

we have following simple use case which currently cannot easily be solved with current product functionality:

UC: delete alias

Preconditions:

- we have many (hundreds) of API virtualizations on APIGateway

- some assets are still using the alias

Current Observation: on deleting the alias we get an error saying it cannot be deleted due to alias being still referenced

Current solution:

Open each individual API and verify its assigned policies (or even global policies) if alias (to be deleted)  is somehow referenced  . This is a cumbersome task and realistically not doable.
