Automation of the Listener notification creation

We are looking for creating a service which automates the
notification creation.
Upon checking I see a service wm.art.dev.notification:createListenerNotificationNode in WmArt package.

As per SAG guide,
This service creates a new synchronous or asynchronous listener notification node in the specified package and folder from the specified notification template and connection alias, and initializes the listener notification node in a disabled state.
You must perform the following steps to populate the input pipeline:
1.Use wm.art.dev.notification:fetchListenerNotificationTemplateMetadata service to 
identify the supported listener notification template properties and configure the notificationSettings input parameter.

 

Can we have a design where the process of listener notification can be automated?

Agenda is to automate the process of Listener notification(kind of replication to be from the existing notifications)

Manual creation of Listener notification takes a lot of time.
