Salesforce Adapter: Patch for the webMethods Salesforce Adapter, to support SalesForce API version 65

SalesForce has upgraded their API to version 65, therefore we need a patch for the Salesforce connector to be able to use the 'Browse objects' functionality when defining the data source. We are planning to migrate to the CloudStreams connector and this would simplify migration as the current version of the adapter is very behind than the CloudStreams connector version.
