Visibility of the reason mentioned during approval or rejection in User Onboarding workflow

At present, reason for approval and rejection are shared with approver only via email but there is no visibility why approver approved or rejected a user onboarding request. So, customer is looking for a capability to view the reason of approval or rejection.
