Frontend validation of user input in User Registration form for OOTB fields and added custom fields

A capability is required to validate the input fields at front end (client side) in User Registration form or any other form where input is required from User. e.g. validation required for the added custom fields in User Registration Form. Validation like length of the field, validation of data via regex expression are required. At present few validations are there for email or Phone but capability to have extensive validations at client side. It is needed for basic data integrity, preventing invalid or overly lengthy inputs being received at Developer Portal Server.  Users may enter random data, which can disrupt normal operations and lead to inefficiencies, potential issues in data processing, increased support requests, and a frustrating user experience
