Limitations in Team management and Application Sharing Within the Webmethods API Portal Saas

When a member of a client company creates a team and an application, then shares that application with their team, the other team members cannot see the team. They have no visibility and therefore cannot view or modify the team’s membership.

The same issue applies to the application: even when it is shared with team members, those users cannot modify it or perform any management actions on it.

Conclusion: Team and application management is tied to a single individual, and this ownership cannot be transferred or managed by no one, even me as an administrator. As a result, if the person who created the team or application leaves the client company, all access to team management and application updates is effectively lost.
