Capability to mention extra fields in email template collected in "Sign Up" screen

Customer has added few custom fields in "Sign Up" screen to collect more information from user and would like to add these extra fields in the pending user onboarding email/ approval email/ rejection email/ welcome email. At present only pre-defined few fields can be set in email template. User wants are a feature to add these extra fields in email template so that pending user onboarding email/approval email/ rejection email/ welcome email can contain these fields.

In User Onboarding Approval process, approver wants to see these extra fields before approval. So, approver can get this information from email if these are passed via email.
