Can Designer have access to GitHub Copilot to read instructions and perform development same like how other JAVA projects are able to do using VS Code ?

Designer having access to GitHub Copilot to perform quick development / identify potential bottlenecks / code review possibility which would really help developers.

Can save costs with above feature being implemented.

    We are currently adding AI tooling to our web based development tooling, currently it works with Workflow but we will be extending that to flow services, with then the possibility of deploying this code to self hosted wM runtimes.

    From there will see what we want to do with the tools for developing offline, be if with Service Designer which is Eclipse based or through some other tooling. So short answer don't expect anything soon to change in the current Service Designer, but expect change at some point in 2026
