Dynamic variable substitution for vault variable

We have a requirement where there are multiple Vault or project variables to be defined where the variable name is combination of static prefix and numbers which will be dynamic.

For example the 3 vault variables could be: 
UuBsSharedMessaging_sendSmsAdapterService_232762
UuBsSharedMessaging_sendSmsAdapterService_232763
UuBsSharedMessaging_sendSmsAdapterService_232764

Here the numbers 232762, 63 and 64 are determined by inpiut of the service where the vault variable value is to be referenced. 

To fetch the value from variable, we require double substitution - one for generating the vault variable name, followed by substitution of the project variable itself. 

So it would look something like this - %/projectparams/UuBsSharedMessaging_sendSmsAdapterService_%/sendSmsReq/sendSmsRequest/serviceId%%

The above is not working as it involves double substitution.

 

Whereas we have a functionality in webMethods Integration server using the service pub.globalVariable:getGlobalVariable which is missing in webMethods.io. Can you please enable this feature or an alternative solution to the above.
