Additional log access for WM.IO Customers

All customers would benefit.  We recently had an issue where support responded with the following:

In the internal tenant logs we noticed Project with name fl541c55157ad4208c522d34 already exists error.

It took over a week to get thru to find this info from support and this impacts our ability to troubleshoot issues.  If customers had this access and could help ourselves and IBM support to more efficiently resolve issues this would be a big help.
