CustomLogMessage cannot print (neither interpolate) other data types than strings?

Yes, maybe is a bit more complicated for a document, object, array, etc. (even though a junior dev can do it in java, python, php, perl, etc. so I don't understand why SoftwareAG wasn't able to do it...). But what about float, doubles, inte, long, short? is it that difficult to identify the data type and cast it to string when is just a number? 

I hope this is fixed soon. I cannot print numbers to logs unless I add extra steps for conversion when a professional platform like webmethods should have this action abstracted from users.
