Requesting customer access to WM.IO Integration Deployer Logs

We have constant issues with deployments in Webmethods.IO.  On-prem we can troubleshoot these issues and resolve many of them without needing IBM support.  With WM.IO customers (& IBM support) would benefit greatly if this log access was available.  I know this is a managed Infrastructure service but it often takes a few days to get thru to support and convey the issue and it impacts our overall release cycles and business.
