Self service networking in webmethods.io, begginning with the private link capability

All customers requiring advanced connectivity will benefit from this.
Competition already has it: advanced networking setup is already self service, e.g. Provision a VPC | MuleSoft Documentation; Dedicated Load Balancers | MuleSoft Documentation
In 2024 webmethods.io has begun offering private links, after numerous requests coming from customers. However, enabling a PL is a manual process behind explicit requests tracked by tickets. Furthermore, PLs are permanent constructs in webmethods.io, difficult to change a-posteriori. As these are also costly resources, they should support ephemeral environments, therefore mounting and dismounting these, at least for non-production environments, should be easy and self-serviced.
